The level-up camp is aimed at ambitious tournament fencers and aims to take participants to the next level through intensive, performance-oriented fencing training. Over five days, fencers can expect possible daily lessons, electric fencing and training sessions in athletics and footwork - supervised by three experienced coaches. Evening or night coaching and accommodation are not included.

daily meeting from 09 a.m., 10 a.m. start of training, until 6 p.m., Fridays only until 4 p.m.
The ETUF e. V. training grounds are picturesquely situated directly on the shores of Lake Baldeney in Essen. Surrounded by nature, it offers ideal conditions for sporting activities on the water and on land. The modern infrastructure and quiet location make the site a popular meeting place for training, competitions and joint events.
After an intensive morning of training sessions, it's time for a well-deserved lunch break. Together we enjoy a balanced, high-energy meal - from light salads to hot dishes, there is something for everyone. This way we start the afternoon strengthened and focused. Please let us know of any intolerances, allergies, vegans/vegetarians in writing in advance.
We meet daily at 9:00 a.m. at the boathouse on the grounds of ETUF e. V., with training starting at 10:00 a.m. Lunch is at 1:00 p.m., and training resumes at 2:00 p.m. We finish each training day at 6:00 p.m., except on Fridays, when we finish at 4:00 p.m. Afterwards, we host a casual get-together with drinks and snacks for family and friends on Fridays. Everyone is welcome to join us.
Equipment
Each participant must bring their own fencing equipment, sufficient sportswear/change of clothes, and a positive attitude. In addition, participants must bring their ID card, health insurance card, and fencing license, including a valid license.
